What you will do
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure designs are testable and provide feedback during design.
- Develop system concepts and architectures that enable design-for-test capabilities.
- Translate mission requirements into testable requirements and develop verification tests (ATP, DVT, qualification).
- Execute system validation and act as a system integrator.
- Lead a team of 3–5 engineers to plan, execute, and document development and production testing.
- Derive plans and procedures for complex integration and test problems, tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
- Ability to lead tasks independently and guide others while adapting to changing requirements.
- Experience identifying program/system-level technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; current Top Secret clearance is required.
Nice to have
- Experience interfacing with and troubleshooting environmental test equipment (e.g., rate tables, shakers, impact testers, thermal/humidity/pressure chambers).
- Experience automating and optimizing test infrastructure and processes.
- Experience with Python and test scripting.
- Experience in fast-paced development environments.

Salary: $82,300.00 - $220,000.00 (base salary)
