What you will do

• Lead I&T assignments by tracking priorities, scope, cost, and schedule across the program lifecycle.
• Derive test plans, approaches, and procedures for complex integration and test problems with limited direction.
• Develop and execute functional simulation, subsystem and system integration and test, V&V, performance evaluation, and acceptance testing.
• Identify system/program technical risks and create and run mitigation strategies.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
