What you will do

• Manage ticket queues, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
• Promote teamwork, mentor subordinates, and ensure compliance with software quality processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience required.
• Strong expertise in JavaFX and Java development.
• Proven experience in project leadership and production support.
• Ability to manage customer interfaces and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and managing project timelines.
