What you will do

• Lead and mentor a growing QA team, managing performance and fostering a results-focused culture.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Drive the automation strategy, focusing on Playwright for frontend and backend validation.
• Improve automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability within CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify process gaps and drive proactive improvements across development and QA workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and release managers to align on quality goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Demonstrated background as a QA Manager or Senior QA Lead.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in automation frameworks.
• Experience with web, backend/microservices, and real-time systems.
• Proven ability to define metrics and use data for decision-making.
• Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming or real-time platforms.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of system architecture.
