What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Tech QA team while fostering accountability and skill growth.
• Implement the Polaris QA strategy into practical testing approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Own testing execution and milestone verification to ensure technical quality standards.
• Monitor technical quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify and mitigate risks.
• Partner with development, production, and external vendors to coordinate dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing Tech QA teams.
• 5+ years of experience with direct performance management and career development.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, and technical QA practices.
• Experience with game engines, preferably Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and technical feature validation.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw studio (relocation required).

Nice to have

• Experience working on AAA titles.
• Programming or scripting skills (C++, Python).
• Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or technical validation workflows.
• Passion for The Witcher universe and large-scale RPGs.
