Salary: 23,900–32,800 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Tech QA team while fostering accountability and skill growth.
- Implement the Polaris QA strategy into practical testing approaches and measurable outcomes.
- Own testing execution and milestone verification to ensure technical quality standards.
- Monitor technical quality metrics, KPIs, and bug trends to identify and mitigate risks.
- Partner with development, production, and external vendors to coordinate dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvements in QA workflows, tools, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing Tech QA teams.
- 5+ years of experience with direct performance management and career development.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug workflows, and technical QA practices.
- Experience with game engines, preferably Unreal Engine.
- Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and technical feature validation.
- Must be able to work from the Warsaw studio (relocation required).
Nice to have
- Experience working on AAA titles.
- Programming or scripting skills (C++, Python).
- Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or technical validation workflows.
- Passion for The Witcher universe and large-scale RPGs.
