Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days in office).
Compensation: EUR 12,000 - EUR 13,500 yearly.

What you will do
- Distribute reports to external clients using specialized applications.
- Perform quality control checks on report content and data publication.
- Configure and troubleshoot online delivery systems to minimize rework.
- Manage client access and settings for reporting portals.
- Collaborate with local country teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and internal data.
Requirements
- University degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
