Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days in office).

Compensation: EUR 12,000 - EUR 13,500 yearly.

What you will do

• Distribute reports to external clients using specialized applications.
• Perform quality control checks on report content and data publication.
• Configure and troubleshoot online delivery systems to minimize rework.
• Manage client access and settings for reporting portals.
• Collaborate with local country teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and internal data.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
