What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle from receipt through delivery, invoicing, and credit processing using SAP.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve delivery delays.
• Handle the commercial processing of repairs and returns (RMAs), including cost estimates and settlements.
• Prepare export, customs, and shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with export control and hazardous goods regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales regarding order status, changes, and delivery escalations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for Order-to-Cash processes.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (ERP) with a strong focus on transactional accuracy and data integrity.
• English: C1 level (Excellent written and spoken) required.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and very good MS Office skills.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Prelouc, Czech Republic.
