What you will do

• Perform technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Assist customers in operationalizing security modules and troubleshooting issues across small to large enterprises.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams on project planning, status updates, and tool integration.
• Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon Forensics Collectors.
• Provide customer support for vulnerability and asset management using Exposure Management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in an end-user/customer environment.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Experience in computer and network systems security.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDR/AV solutions, specifically the Falcon platform.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch scripting.
• Experience with software deployment tools like SCCM, Group Policy, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, LogScale) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPAA.
