What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable ML and AI solutions aligned with product and customer needs.
• Build and optimize ML models using Python, PyTorch, and large‑scale data pipelines.
• Design robust feature engineering and model evaluation approaches for complex datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, finance, and professional services teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Research and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies into the long‑term data science strategy.
• Ensure the reliability, quality, and operational efficiency of ML system architectures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and deploying large‑scale analytics, ML, or AI solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for the development of production‑grade ML models.
• Experience with PyTorch, ML SDKs, and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Proven success in architecting scalable data science workflows and ML system architecture.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Lehi, US

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU‑accelerated ML workflows.
• Familiarity with R for data science or analytics research.
• Experience writing or interpreting ML/AI whitepapers or applied research.
