TL;DR

Financial Analyst (Workforce Management): Managing end‑to‑end workforce analytics and financial planning for Enabling Functions with an accent on FTE forecasting, headcount tracking, and capacity planning. Focus on optimizing workforce models, driving digital transformation through tools like Anaplan and OneStream, and providing data‑driven insights for organizational design.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role does not come with relocation assistance.

What you will do

  • Manage the end‑to‑end WFM process for the Business Control craft, including FTE forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Lead the month‑end close process for staff costs and conduct variance analysis on FTE, salary, and people‑related opex.
  • Own the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑range planning cycles for headcount across Enabling Functions.
  • Act as a strategic analytical partner for People and Finance teams on org design, location strategy, and role leveling.
  • Drive the standardization and digitization of WFM processes using Anaplan, OneStream, and Workday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, or people analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with HRIS data (e.g., Workday).
  • Experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or similar.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands or have the legal right to work there, as no relocation assistance is provided.
