TL;DR
Technical Support Engineer (QA): Providing expert technical guidance and resolving complex software issues for a diverse client base with an accent on enterprise application support and database troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: Minimum €35,658 gross per year (market-competitive packages available)

What you will do
- Manage and resolve high-level, complex client service issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with development, service, and account management teams to address client needs.
- Report bugs and contribute to product feature requests based on customer feedback.
- Ensure all inquiries are handled within established service level agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, QA, or a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of databases including MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts and the full SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical issues.
- Must be eligible to work in Austria and comply with global sanctions and export control laws.
Nice to have
- Experience with Tosca or SAP products.
- Development skills in C# or Java.
- Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.
- Experience working with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
