Company
develops and operates LEO satellite constellations for mission-critical remote sensing data.
What you will do
- Own development of visible and thermal infrared camera subsystems: generate technical specifications and ICDs, manage vendors, characterize performance, and perform failure mode and root cause analysis.
- Define camera test requirements, pass/fail criteria, and test strategies in partnership with hardware and test engineering teams.
- Define parameters for environmental qualification campaigns, including radiation testing and thermal environmental stress screening (ESS), and review test data as the technical authority on subsystem health.
- Support subsystem and instrument-level testing, including vibration, thermal-vacuum (TVAC), and system characterization/V&V.
- Improve instrument development best practices, processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
