What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML services for content intelligence, semantic search, and recommendations.
• Build production services using Python, Java, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop orchestration workflows using LangChain and integrate LLMs and embedding models.
• Implement RAG patterns and vector search using OpenSearch and advanced indexing strategies.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Partner with product, data science, and editorial teams to define practical AI/ML requirements.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering and applied AI/ML experience in large-scale, high-availability environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for building production services and data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or comparable AI orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, and model evaluation.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and OpenSearch vector search capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience in the media, publishing, streaming, or digital content industry.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, feature pipelines, and A/B testing.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
