Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience managing a team of software engineers as direct reports.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep experience with customer-facing product development.
• Experience as a Senior Engineer (IC) designing, implementing, and operating distributed applications at scale.
• Proven ability to attract, hire, and develop top engineering talent.

• Experience with the AWS ecosystem.
