What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot escalated technical issues related to product installation and functionality.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution in partnership with customers and internal Engineering teams.
• Configure and maintain integrations between z/OS agents and Guardium Collector appliances.
• Serve as a senior technical resource, providing guidance and escalation support to junior team members.
• Contribute to knowledgebases and training content to improve team efficiency.
• Participate in internal projects and maintain expertise in IBM/hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in mainframe systems programming or advanced technical support.
• Strong understanding of IBM Security Guardium S-TAP for z/OS and data monitoring mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Z Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity provider integration.
• Advanced English communication skills for interfacing with global teams and enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Availability for occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday work.
