What you will do

• Manage and supervise subordinate staff in daily performance and personnel actions.
• Train the team on product best practices and effective cross-selling strategies.
• Engage with customers to promote software adoption and onboarding success.
• Provide renewal sales quotations and respond to requests for proposals.
• Identify at-risk partnerships and growth opportunities within the client base.
• Liaise with the Product team to prioritize partner-facing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an individual contributor in a related area.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
