What you will do
- Lead the operational, marketing, and regional strategy for New Zealand, setting market goals and KPIs.
- Drive regional growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and effective commercial execution.
- Ensure full regulatory, licensing, and AML compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Manage regional budgets, optimize financial performance, and oversee marketing investment effectiveness.
- Align cross-functional teams by streamlining reporting, communication, and operational processes.
- Enhance player experience across all touchpoints to maximize lifetime value and retention.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving revenue, ROI, and market growth.
- Deep understanding of the New Zealand regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people-management skills with the ability to influence at the C-level.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time within scope.
