What you will do

• Design and implement backend services, including permission checks and access validation models.
• Build and enhance scalable user lifecycle features and identity management systems.
• Develop and refine APIs to support onboarding and cross-service synchronization.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Contribute to system architecture, engineering standards, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system performance and predictability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with source control systems like Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Helm.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of concurrency models and high-performance systems.
