What you will do

• Review outsourced partner vehicle work against the defined Quality Bar.
• Ensure vehicle assets conform to technical and artistic requirements.
• Improve team productivity by identifying opportunities to streamline production.
• Support internal and external teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Self-manage personal deliverables to meet objectives, quality standards, and schedule.
• Support and inspire junior vehicle artists.

Requirements

• Experience creating high-quality, high-resolution 3D vehicles.
• Strong experience creating Physically Based Rendering (PBR) assets.
• Experience with texture authoring tools such as Photoshop and Substance.
• Excellent understanding of vehicle mechanical composition and precision modelling techniques.
• Extensive experience with 3D modelling tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, or equivalent.
• Understanding of automotive design principles such as ergonomics, plus organised and disciplined working style and strong verbal/written communication.

Nice to have

• Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud / Substance Suite.
• Autodesk Maya 2023 and 3ds Max.
• Game engines (Bespoke, Common) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• CAD data processing.
