What you will do

• Conduct industry research, market analysis, and benchmarkhirify.global.
• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Support the team in creathirify.global presentations and pitch books.
• Participate in all aspects of M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Assist with due diligence and review transaction documentation.
• Build and maintain financial models.

Requirements

• Must be a Master student enrolled at a Dutch or EU university
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written)
• Strong academic record with above-average grades
• Available for a minimum period of 4 months
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a deal-driven environment
