What you will do

• Design and develop MEMS devices, sensors, and physical layouts for integrated components.
• Create detailed physics-based models and validate them through laboratory testing.
• Analyze performance, reliability, and yield improvement using statistical process control.
• Develop fabrication processes and production methods for new MEMS technologies.
• Collaborate with program leaders to define requirements, write proposals, and manage technical teams.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive technical feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics required (Master's preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in Microsystems Engineering or related fields.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as COMSOL, Ansys, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Strong background in MEMS fabrication, metrology, and performance testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
