Location: Hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 160,000–240,000 PLN

What you will do

• Design and develop performant, scalable, and secure software components for the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with an agile team to ship high-quality code using modern cloud-native technologies.
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in pair programming and provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.
• Improve development processes by recommending and instituting new policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming using C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience building REST APIs and working with cloud-native solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps and designing scalable solutions in Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
