Location: Site-Based - Narvik, Norway

What you will do

  • Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and technical standards.
  • Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability.
  • Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines like Mechanical and Controls.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning for electrical packages.
  • Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.
  • Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification of electrical systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing electrical delivery in data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and power conditioning systems.
  • Proven commissioning (CX) expertise across MV/LV power systems.
  • Fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Experience with project reporting and scheduling tools.
