What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality functionality following established coding standards.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code and perform thorough unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate within a self-organizing agile team to build and run products hosted on-premises and in the cloud.
• Review and refactor existing code to enhance platform reliability, performance, and operability.
• Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle.
• Contribute to team code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using Java.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful application development using Spring Boot.
• Experience working with both relational (SQL) and non-relational databases.
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Proven experience working within agile teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience developing microservices using Docker containers.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Maven and Jenkins.
