What you will do

• Build and scale a multidisciplinary Trust & Safety organization with expertise in anti-cheat, account security, and fraud prevention.
• Oversee the design, integration, and continuous improvement of anti-cheat systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop strategies and technologies to prevent account theft, compromise, and unauthorized access.
• Manage strategic relationships with SaaS security providers, anti-fraud systems, and merchants of record.
• Define and optimize moderation and fraud detection processes to ensure ethical and scalable enforcement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations teams to balance risk mitigation with player satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Security, or related technical operations, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Strong engineering background with experience in anti-cheat engine design or integration.
• Proven knowledge of account security systems and video game account management.
• Experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Portugal.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.
