TL;DR
Application Developer (C#) (Retail/POS): Designing, developing, and implementing POS application components for retail store operations with an accent on C#/.NET, API integrations, and MS SQL stored procedures. Focus on building CI/CD-ready, unit-tested features and providing Level 2/Level 3 support for critical store solution incidents with daily on-site collaboration.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain POS application software aligned with retail and store operations requirements.
- Develop, manage, and support API integrations with third-party payment gateways and ERP systems.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for critical store solution incidents and resolve issues to minimize disruption.
- Collaborate daily on-site with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide occasional on-site emergency support at stores or regional offices during urgent incidents, including outside standard hours or weekends.
- Estimate assigned development work and guide features/functional objectives for interested stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on C# experience; retail or fashion POS experience is preferred.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining client/server (C/S) architecture applications.
- Proficiency in C#.NET and ASP.NET.
- Proven experience with API/interface development and integrating POS with payment gateways and/or ERP systems.
- Advanced MS SQL skills, including designing, developing, and optimizing complex stored procedures and database schemas.
- Korean: native-level fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory for communication with local business stakeholders and on-site teams.
- Ability to document technical specifications and operational manuals in Korean.
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of fashion/retail business processes (inventory management, sales tracking, store operations).
- Experience supporting, operating, or implementing large-scale fashion & retail store systems.
- Intermediate English (spoken and written) for internal collaboration and global training.
