What you will do

Execute kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector.
Collaborate with the PiLON team to deliver high-quality refurbishment and repair work.
Ensure all site operations meet safety and quality standards.
Manage project delivery based on supply-and-fit or fit-only preferences.

Requirements

Must be based in the Midlands, UK.
Minimum 24 months of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom renewal projects.
All operatives must hold valid CSCS cards.
All operatives must hold valid Asbestos awareness certificates.
DBS check required.
