What you will do

• Lead the overall vision, roadmap, and evolution of the corporate Load Testing service.
• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into service improvements and feature prioritization.
• Oversee the full service lifecycle from design and planning to delivery and operational support.
• Guide customers in preparing and executing load testing campaigns tailored to their solutions.
• Analyze test outcomes and recommend architectural or performance improvements.
• Monitor service KPIs and drive optimizations related to scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• EU citizenship is required for this role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Owner, Product Owner, or similar role within IT service delivery.
• Strong background in performance and load testing solutions (e.g., LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, databases, networks, cloud).
• English: C1+ required (written and spoken).
