Location: Primarily based at the hirify.global Point Grey Campus in Vancouver, BC, Canada

Compensation: $4,739.00 - $5,102.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Manage complex accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoicing and payment tracking for internal and external clients.
• Reconcile operating and research accounts totaling over $200M, analyzing discrepancies and resolving budgetary variances.
• Coordinate and provide Workday training and onboarding support for new employees, faculty, and students.
• Maintain the financial integrity of student registration systems, providing helpdesk support and conducting monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and quarterly/annual accrual accounting journals.
• Liaise with the PCI Compliance Office for annual audits and ensure proper processing of refunds.

Requirements

• High school graduation plus a Diploma in Accounting or Payroll CPA Level 2.
• Minimum of 4 years of related financial experience.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite at the hirify.global Vancouver Campus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
