Salary: €41,000–€44,000

What you will do

  • Manage incoming hotel content requests including descriptions, images, and property amenities.
  • Troubleshoot Extranet-related issues and assist hotel partners with administrative updates.
  • Triage and prioritize operational requests to reduce noise for Business Development and Distribution Managers.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Content, Design, and Connectivity to validate and implement updates.
  • Provide operational support during peak periods, such as the annual hirify.global Key award cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Business
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality operations, coordination, or content management
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Comfort working with ticketing systems and structured workflows
  • Professional written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with extranets, content management systems, or hotel platforms
  • Proficiency in additional languages
