• Coordinate daily site services to ensure the Paris office is operational, safe, and ready for business.
• Manage Health & Safety and workplace compliance activities in alignment with company policies and local requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Ops, and regional teams to maintain visibility of risks and escalations.
• Support global workplace excellence initiatives, including vendor coordination and portfolio standards.
• Drive operational consistency across the company's international office portfolio.
• Partner with building management to ensure seamless workplace readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in site operations or facility management.
• Availability to be present on site 5 days a week for local operational coverage.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and effective time management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
