What you will do

• Identify and research early-stage AI startups and emerging technology trends across sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, student builders, accelerators, incubators, labs, and academic programs.
• Attend AI-related events, hackathons, meetups, and demo days to expand your network.
• Conduct initial diligence on opportunities and share concise write-ups with the hirify.global team.
• Provide structured insights and recommendations on promising founders and ideas.
• Track relevant developments in the AI ecosystem and flag those most relevant to hirify.global.

Requirements

• Current full-time student at an accredited university with at least one semester remaining.
• Genuine interest in meeting people from diverse backgrounds and connecting builders with resources.
• Ability to evaluate early business opportunities, size markets, and ask sharp questions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML or involvement in startup/VC/AI clubs.
