What you will do

• Create, modify, and support non-production and production-like environments.
• Identify patterns in repeated requests and eliminate them through automation.
• Improve and untangle legacy Terraform and application configuration codebases.
• Operate and improve Argo CD-based GitOps workflows and Helm deployments.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to reduce environment-specific drift.
• Participate in an on-call rotation using PagerDuty.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Software or DevOps Engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare or medtech industry.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform or Ansible.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD.
• Solid experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Linux fundamentals.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Crossplane for infrastructure abstraction.
• Knowledge of Kyverno for policy-as-code.
• Experience with Cilium or Tetragon for network/security observability.
• Familiarity with Backstage or developer portals.
