What you will do

• Design and implement security for AI agents, full-stack apps, and central platforms.
• Build and maintain DevSecOps pipelines including SAST, SCA, DAST, and secret scanning.
• Conduct threat modeling and enforce least-privilege access across systems.
• Lead security initiatives for flagship AI products and ensure compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Mentor engineers and promote a security-first culture within the organization.
• Continuously improve security tooling and practices for AI/ML workloads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cloud security engineering experience (AWS and/or Azure).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Bash for security automation.
• Deep experience with CI/CD security integration and securing containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in threat modeling and security architecture.
• Understanding of AI/ML security challenges.
• Ability to pass a live coding interview and attend in-person interviews at the Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data security regulations.
• Knowledge of LLM-specific security considerations.
