What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data privacy requests within regulatory timelines.
- Handle inquiries from customers, end users, and law enforcement regarding privacy policies and compliance.
- Drive internal process improvement initiatives and lead organizational projects.
- Collaborate with support engineers, product managers, legal, and security teams to resolve customer issues.
- Mentor and guide team members according to company values.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the customer base regarding privacy concerns.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience using support ticketing systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to handling sensitive data responsibly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on business needs.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data protection legislations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, or PIPEDA.
- Experience in a customer-facing or public-facing support role.
- Experience following scripted processes and logging detailed information.
