Location: Remote from Argentina

Compensation: $8–$65 per hour, with the final rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Converse with language models in Rioplatense Spanish across a wide range of topics.
• Evaluate grammar, orthography, voseo usage, intonation, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references.
• Assess regional colloquialisms, contextual interpretation, tone adaptation, syntactic accuracy, and semantic precision.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model responses.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina and work remotely.
• Expert knowledge of Rioplatense Spanish specific to Argentina and Uruguay.
• Strong understanding of grammar, orthography, voseo, intonation, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to show the reasoning behind linguistic judgments.
• A Master's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field is ideal.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work is relevant.
