Salary: €36,000–€45,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of sales agreements and commercial documentation.
• Provide legal advice on advertising, sponsorship, licensing, and branded content initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with talent, agents, production companies, and event partners.
• Advise editorial stakeholders on media law, intellectual property, and content-related risks.
• Support the resolution of claims, disputes, and rights clearance matters.
• Ensure compliance for consumer-facing propositions, digital products, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and English is required.
• Strong expertise in commercial, advertising, media, and consumer law.
• Solid understanding of intellectual property and digital media regulations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic media environment.
• Fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months.
