What you will do
- Lead development of complex React Native features for trading platforms across mobile and web, ensuring strong performance and user experience.
- Architect scalable cross-platform solutions for real-time financial data streams and high-frequency trading operations.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features that drive business growth.
- Own end-to-end delivery from technical design through deployment, taking accountability for performance, reliability, and UX.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions shaping mobile and web development standards.
- Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the workflow to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
Requirements
- Extensive production experience with React Native, delivering mobile and/or web applications.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including React hooks and state management with Redux/Context API.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and ability to write custom native modules when needed.
- Solid understanding of React performance optimization (memory management, rendering optimization, efficient API integration).
- Experience handling real-time data, including WebSocket connections and high-frequency updates.
- Strong English communication skills for globally distributed, cross-functional collaboration.
