What you will do

• Perform manual system-level, functional, and acceptance testing on embedded C firmware and C#/.NET desktop applications.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams to define and implement robust testing strategies.
• Develop and document verification test protocols in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Review design documentation to ensure technical accuracy and testability.
• Analyze and test field failures to establish repeatability and verify root cause corrections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electronic test equipment such as power supplies, DMMs, and oscilloscopes.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and firmware issues on hardware circuits.
• Familiarity with software QA processes, ideally within a regulated environment like medical devices, FAA, or DoD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Effective written communication skills for documenting test methods and observations.
