What you will do

• Develop and maintain new functionality for existing software products using Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Design, code, and test business systems to meet specific client requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Uruguay.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and JSF.
• Proven experience or strong desire to leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
