What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement MES solutions including electronic batch records and system workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshoot MES platform issues to ensure high availability.
• Manage integration between MES, ERP (SAP), and shop-floor equipment like PLCs and SCADA.
• Execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) to maintain systems in a GxP-compliant state.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for manufacturing and lab personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Tulip, Werum PAS-X, Emerson Syncade, POMSnet).
• Experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical or animal health.
• Working knowledge of GxP and computer system validation (CSV) principles.
• Familiarity with industrial automation concepts including PLCs and SCADA.
• Proficiency in SQL for data queries and reporting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of DevSecOps concepts including CI/CD and Git.
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills.
