Salary: $145,000 - $218,000 (plus geolocation differentials)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic communications partner to senior leadership, including the Chief Customer Growth Officer.
• Draft and edit executive content such as op-eds, keynote remarks, and social media posts.
• Identify and secure media opportunities, including press interviews and podcast appearances.
• Lead communications for product launches and key announcements related to hirify.global Pro.
• Manage incident response and crisis communications in partnership with legal and product teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships to advance business priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations.
• Proven track record of supporting executive thought leadership and securing media coverage.
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise-focused products, ideally in SaaS or technology.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing crisis communications or incident response.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
