Location: Remote (US-based)
Salary: $145,000 - $218,000 (plus geolocation differentials)

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic communications partner to senior leadership, including the Chief Customer Growth Officer.
- Draft and edit executive content such as op-eds, keynote remarks, and social media posts.
- Identify and secure media opportunities, including press interviews and podcast appearances.
- Lead communications for product launches and key announcements related to Pro.
- Manage incident response and crisis communications in partnership with legal and product teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partnerships to advance business priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations.
- Proven track record of supporting executive thought leadership and securing media coverage.
- Experience working with B2B or enterprise-focused products, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing crisis communications or incident response.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
