What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities from product, customer, and operational data.
• Evaluate ambiguous ideas to determine feasibility and business value.
• Build practical 80/20 solutions, refining them based on real-world traction.
• Own end-to-end execution from data exploration and modeling to backend integration.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to ship new capabilities.
• Define success metrics and instrument outcomes to improve developer workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep experience in machine learning, applied AI, or a hands-on product data role at a senior level.
• Proven track record of shipping data or ML-powered capabilities into production.
• Ability to work across the stack, beyond just notebooks.
• Strong product judgment with a bias toward simple, measurable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to diverse partners.
