Salary: € 3,175.00 gross per month

What you will do
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Handle support tickets independently and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
- Support the installation and configuration of solutions.
- Troubleshoot system, network (LAN, WLAN), and software issues.
- Maintain process documentation and prepare relevant analysis reports.
Requirements
- HTL diploma, or a degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or university.
- Knowledge of IT environments including LAN, WLAN, cloud, Linux, and Windows.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Fernitz bei Graz, Austria for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Willingness to travel.

- Experience using remote support tools.
- Prior professional experience in a support role.
