What you will do

• Conduct enterprise-wide investigations into insider threats, industrial espionage, and sabotage.
• Cultivate regional partnerships and monitor geopolitical trends to provide actionable intelligence.
• Collect and evaluate threat information from multiple sources to determine the intent of state and non-state actors.
• Articulate security threats to regional stakeholders and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain situational awareness regarding security operations in the South-East Asian region.
• Develop long-term strategies for the safety and protection of personnel and physical resources.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in intelligence, security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in counterintelligence and intelligence-led operations.
• Minimum 5 years of specialized security or force protection experience in law enforcement, military, or intelligence agencies.
• Advanced knowledge of security electronic systems, APT actors, and threat modeling.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior management and drive results in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in Counterintelligence (CI) or HUMINT operations.
• Deep knowledge of the intelligence cycle, intelligence fusion, and multidisciplinary analysis.
