What you will do

• Operate and monitor public cloud environments, primarily on AWS.
• Handle customer service requests, incident resolution, and SLA-based support.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reporting.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery game days and readiness testing.
• Automate infrastructure and maintenance tasks using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.
• Take part in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in cloud operations or DevOps roles.
• Strong knowledge of AWS core services and Linux environments.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking topics (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Must be able to work onsite in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
• Experience with other public cloud platforms beyond AWS.
