What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Engineering Information Management and Document Control solutions.
• Architect scalable and high-performing hirify.global ECM system landscapes.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft 365, and engineering systems.
• Configure and manage cloud-based proof-of-concept environments for project validation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Professional Services methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation and solution delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise with ECM platforms like hirify.global Content Server or Extended ECM.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
