What you will do
- Embed CRM and client engagement routines into commercial habits across country teams.
- Drive CRM governance: data models, workflows, user roles, documentation, training materials, and best practices.
- Continuously improve CRM as a strategic asset for customer intelligence, communication automation, and account strategy execution.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track account development and client engagement metrics.
- Strengthen account management discipline with routines like account reviews, client touchpoint planning, and stakeholder mapping.
- Own CRM quality (data hygiene, accuracy, consistency) and optimize automation workflows, segmentation logic, and CRM-driven communications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Lead, or transformation-oriented CRM Specialist.
- Solid CRM systems background with HubSpot mandatory, including automation, segmentation, reporting, and cross-team enablement.
- Experience supporting organizational change, driving adoption, and securing stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and CRM architecture.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure data into insights and action plans.
