DevOps Engineer (GCP)

DevOps Engineer (GCP): Building and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale telecommunications applications with an accent on automation, container orchestration, and observability. Location: Must be based in Slovakia (remote work is only available within Slovakia due to taxation regulations).

Salary: From €1,650/month (gross), negotiable based on experience.

What you will do

• Support the design and operation of DevOps processes across multiple cloud-native projects.
• Build and operate secure infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and Azure using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment cycles.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia for tax compliance.
• Professional experience (2–5 years) in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• English: B2 (Upper Intermediate) required.
