What you will do

• Execute coding and data input validation for specific industry categories.
• Perform daily cross-coding and item-related quality checks.
• Manage complex daily personal workloads to meet departmental schedules.
• Ensure high accuracy throughout the process from database setup to sample management.
• Act as a liaison for clients and stakeholders to resolve data or product-related queries.
• Document special instructions and support team members as a back-up coder.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one additional Asian language.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a category expert.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG or as an encoder.
• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
